Cancellation Policy

Deposits: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. Late Arrivals: • Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. Rescheduling: • Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late reschedules or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. No Exceptions! These policies are in place to respect everyone’s time, including other clients.
